The air-to-air heating pump provides the heating in winter.

The water is heated with the residual heat from the cooling of the air-conditioning. When this is insufficient, the air to water heat pump takes over.

Further we make use of daylight through skylights and indirect lighting with LED-lights.

With the Passive Shower up to 40% of the energy needed to heat shower water is saved.
The efficient Passive Shower is produced in Algemesi, 30 km south of Valencia.
