Our three lofts of Tres Reinas Valencia are all located on the first floor of a renovated monumental building (1929) with a large roof terrace (145m2) with sea views.
Valencia centre is nearby by bike, bus, tram, metro, and taxi and is therefore an excellent starting point to explore the city excitements. The perfect combination is to visit the centre in the morning and relax on the beach or the large terrace of the apartment in the afternoon!
El Cabanyal is a fascinating quarter of Valencia with its brightly coloured modernist facades, boulevard, beach volleyball, football at the beach, clubs and many good and affordable restaurants. We provide many tips in our guest manual.
The luxury apartments are attractive for a longer stay for holidaymakers, a workation, for expats, digital nomads and snowbirds because of the excellent facilities, but also because of the substantial discount in our rates for long stays.
Because the three apartments are located on 1 hall, on 1 floor with a single front door to the street, these are very suitable for multi-generational family events. The three lofts are also suitable for a romantic weekend and a city trip.
The three lofts have high, vaulted stone ceilings, and are partly white plastered and partly rough brick walls. The pleasant atmosphere is enhanced by the high windows and doors, skylights with daylight, and indirect LED lighting.
Furthermore, there is air conditioning (cooling and heating), a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom and a water-softening system in each of the apartments. The luxury is reflected in the high-quality furniture, equipment from good brands and a large amount of kitchen utensils and crockery.
At the large roof terrace, you find various seating areas, picnic tables, sunbeds and a fantastic outdoor shower.
The apartments are sustainable because they use an air/water heat pump for heating and hot water supply. Furthermore, the residual heat from the air conditioning and the shower is reused and skylights bring in natural light.
Sleep well on the 5-star hotel-quality mattresses. While the standard Spanish beds are narrow and short, you will find here wide and long beds. The double bed of Reina 3 is even 2.10 meters long.

We have a preference for guests who stay long and enjoy the lower rates for long stays. The minimum number of nights for a booking becomes shorter as the arrival date approaches. So a 3-night stay was not possible 6 weeks ago, but it is now. So check regularly.

The rental prices differ per apartment, for the high, late and low seasons and the length of your stay. Our rates have built-in up to 40% discount for long stays. The tariffs include the costs of:
· Weekly cleaning with two sets of clean towels and bed linen
· Electricity, water, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap.
. WiFi internet with a 600 Mb/s symmetrical fibre optic connection.
. Air conditioning with cooling and heating.
· Use of the washing machine.
· Coffee, tea, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets on arrival.
· Netflix subscription.
The only costs that are charged separately are for the final cleaning.
With prices between €42 and €260 per day, we offer “value for money”.
The apartments are not for sale.
And we’re sorry, but pets are not allowed. And we don’t even make exceptions for our daughter.
We renovated the building because we fell in love with Valencia and the fantastic neighbourhood of El Cabanyal. We are proud of the result and we like other people to enjoy our lofts also.
