If the tenant or guest wants to cancel the booking for any reason, the guest must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail.
If the cancellation is within 24 hours of confirmation, then the tenant is entitled to the full refund of the first month’s rent, provided cancellation was made at least 14 days before the start of the renting period.
If the tenant cancels a booking when:
The start of the rental period is more than 30 days: 75% refund of the costs of the first month’s rent or the relevant period. For the next months, 100% will be refunded.
The start of the rental period is between 30 to 7 days: 50% refund of the costs of the first month’s rent or the relevant period. For the next months, 100% will be refunded.
The start of the rental period is less than 7 days: No refund of the costs of the first month’s rent or the relevant period. For the next months, 100% will be refunded.
During your stay, your apartment will be cleaned every 7 days. This includes cleaning the floor, the bathroom and a clean set of towels and bed linens.
Optional is the extra cleaning service. Due to shortages of labour, you are requested to make the reservation for this service as early as possible. In case the time is shorter than these 7 days, the extra cleaning cannot be guaranteed.
Our communication creates expectations among our guests. And we do our utmost to realize these expectations. Sometimes this is not possible due to force majeure, errors, or misunderstandings. In such cases, reasonableness prevails, and we will try to find a solution that is acceptable to all parties.
Pets and Nuisance
We love pets, but unfortunately, these are not allowed in our apartments.
We expect all guests not to cause any nuisance to other guests and residents. Therefore loud music or other loud noises on the terrace or in the apartments are not allowed.
In case of complaints or the presence of pets, guests must leave the apartments immediately without refund of unused days and with loss of the deposit. We are strict in this, but the consequences for landlords can be serious.
